  • Wedding Order Policy

    Wedding Order Policy:

    Changes:

    • Must be made at least 4 weeks before delivery.
    • Changes require mutual agreement between both parties.
    • After payment, the order cannot be reduced by more than 10% of the subtotal (before tax and delivery).

    Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total order. A refund of 50% will be issued.
    • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event will incur a 100% charge of the total order. No refunds will be issued.

    This package includes a complimentary design consultation. We will schedule a design consultation to ensure that we understand your specific style and vision. We will email you a copy of our calendar so that you can schedule a time that works for you.
