Refund Policy

Romantic Florals strives to provide the best customer service available. We believe that as a professional retail florist, we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order.
If it is determined that Romantic Florals did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with a refund.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question about the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Romantic Florals, who made the delivery. To request a replacement, Romantic Florals must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery, and photos will be required. Bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Romantic Florals.. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Romantic Florals within 24 hours of the original delivery date. 
Each arrangement is a custom order designed by one of our experienced designers. The photos shown are representative examples of our work. Art and floral design are subjective, and we do not exchange or refund based upon a customer not ‘liking’ their arrangement. If the quality of the flowers is not as expected, as stated above, the customer must call within 24 hours of receipt and send photos so that the next steps can be taken to replace the arrangement.
